It works through Natural Evaporation. The plaster (typically high-density dental-grade gypsum) features millions of microscopic pores. When fragrance oil is absorbed into these pores, it creates a large surface area for the scent to slowly release into the air at room temperature. It is the safest, "zero-energy" way to scent a space.

We use High-Strength Specialized Gypsum which is much denser and more durable than standard craft plaster. To ensure safe delivery for bulk orders, each piece is individually protected with custom-fit EPE foam or shock-absorbing recycled paper packaging. Our breakage rate during international transit is kept under 1%.

A pre-scented plaster typically lasts 2 to 4 weeks depending on the room's humidity and airflow. The greatest advantage of plaster is that it is permanently reusable. Once the initial scent fades, users can simply drop 3-5 drops of their favorite essential oil or perfume onto the back of the plaster to "recharge" it.

High-quality, clear essential oils will not leave a permanent stain. However, we always recommend applying the oil to the back or unpainted side of the plaster. If the oil has a strong natural tint (like deep orange or patchouli), it may leave a slight mark, which is why back-application is the professional standard.

Our plaster undergoes a High-Temperature Calcination and a Sealing Treatment on the edges to ensure it is "non-chalking." It does not produce white dust or residue when touched. Since it doesn't require burning or spraying, it is an excellent choice for people with respiratory sensitivities or for use in nurseries.
